Our Statement of Faith
- We believe that the Bible (both the Old and New Testament Scriptures) is the inspired, authoritative and in-errant Word of God, the complete revelation of God’s will of salvation of mankind, and the only infallible rule of faith and practice.
- We believe in the one, true and living God, eternally existing and manifesting himself in three person: God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit.
- We believe in God, the Father, the Creator, Ruler, and Sustainer of heaven and earth and everything therein.
- We believe in the God the Son, Jesus Christ, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross and shed His blood as the only atonement for the heaven where He is our advocate and intercessor.
- We believe in God the Holy Spirit, whose ministry is to convict men of Sin, to regenerate believing sinners, to indwell, guide, and teach God’s wisdom to willing believers for daily guidance in godly living and service in obedience to God’s perfect will.
- We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but in Adam, fell into sin and are lost, apart from the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. All repentant sinners are regenerated solely by God’s grace and mercy through Jesus Christ.
- We believe the personal return of Jesus Christ, to complete the salvation for redeemed sinners, to remove Satan’s power over earth, to judge both the just and the unjust, and to then reign eternally in power and glory forever and ever. We believe there shall be a bodily resurrection for those who died in Christ, and those believers still living will be taken up to heaven and both will receive eternal life in glory, and those who reject Jesus Christ, shall be eternally punished in the lake of fire.
- We believe that the Christ is one body, consisting of all born-again by the Spirit of God, that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, that the Church expresses itself in worship, fellowship, evangelism and Christian love to serve in obedience and to be witnesses of God’s eternal love, grace, mercy and forgiveness through-out the whole world.
- We believe that water baptism and the Lord’s Supper are ordinances to be observed by the Church during the present age. They are not to be regarded as means of salvation.
- We believe that mission of the Church is to faithfully proclaim Christ as Lord and Savior until the Lord Jesus returns again.
